Julian has the ability to teleport himself and/or any stationary objects. Julian can theoretically teleport to anywhere he pleases, but more than 5 miles without pause can cause him varying degrees of pain. He can teleport any stationar object t where ecer he chooses, but he must be able to see where he is teleporting it to. Julian is a near-olympic level gymnast with incredible balance and equillibrium and good upper body strength. He is known to be incredibly efficient with a SIG P226 semi-automatic. Julian also has limited spatial awareness skills. (which you NEED so you don't port and end up with your head fused to a toilet.)

Physical description: Moniker stands at 6'3" tall and he weighs about 207lbs. He has close shaven hair, soft brown eyes and a bit of stubble on his chin. His african heritage grants him caramel coloured skin. He has a muscular athletic build. (because of all his gymnastics)

Civilian Clothing: An open, slate-coloured, gakuran jacket with an orange or white t-shirt and a pair of jeans and trainers.

Costume: A bodysuit, with kevlar woven in that acts like a second skin. A utility belt (the type that goes across your shoulders. I don't know the proper name for it. If anyone could give me a hand

.) A gun holster on his lower back. The utility belt contains nearly everything he would need, a moniter, a tracer, tranquillizer fluid, communication device, first aid kit, laser torch, a rebreather, stun grenades and more.

History: Julian was raised in a working class family in East London. He was quite academically gifted and skilled at mathematics, but what really made him popular in his school was his sporting prowess. He had uncanny acrobatic and gymnastic skills for his age and he even won the British National gymnastics competition at 12 years old. His home life was mediocre, but Julian was always made to do tasks by his lazy mother and father. He found this difficult to swallow, because most only children he knew were pampered by their parents. One day when Julian's temper had got the better of him his powers manifested. The boy's mother was shouting at him for ridculous reasons and he was furious. Julians father was asleep on the couch paying no attention to his wife and Julian followed suit and left the room to play darts, one of his favourite pastimes. His mother followed him and continued to shout in his ear, but promptly left as Julian ignored her. He continued to play and looked calm on the outside, but was seething inside. Tha was when it happened. Julian felt a burning sensation in his throwing hand, and quickly recoiled expectinh to drop the dart. Except he didn't. It was no where to be seen and his fathers heartwrenching cries could be heard around the house. A few days later, The Noah men recieved news that Moreen Noah had died on arrival to the hospital, and the cause of death was a playing dart mysteriously found in her heart. No form of entry into her body was present and murder as on everybody's lips. It soon struck Julian what had happened, and he very quickly realised that he killed his mother. He knew it was an accident, but he did not tell his father and slumped into violence and sometimes depression, his powers stayed dormant for a long time after that and he was never able to explain to himself had he did it. Julian's academic ability slackened but his sporting ability stayed at its peak. He soon fell in with the wrong crowd and was working for (and being trained under) Viktor Kray, the Grandson and Great-Nephew of London crimelords the Kray twins. This was to be a catalyst for the reawakening of his powers. While on an errand for Viktor, Julian was confronted by a few rival gang members. After a bref scuffle, one tried to put a bullet through his head. Julian teleported behond the man and the bullet had entered the mobsters accomplice and Julian blew the original mobster's head off. The new Kray 'empire' was in decline, but Julian skills with his powers were being honed. With the destruction of the Kray gang, Julian pursued the life of a hired hand. After a brief stint in London. He moved to Baltimore to find more work...
